Delivery Time at Messer Rödter

We deliver within Germany, to the European Union and worldwide. Unless a different delivery time is stated in the individual offer, delivery is generally made within the timeframes listed below.

Germany: usually 2–4 business days

European Union: usually 3–7 business days

Worldwide shipping (outside the EU): usually 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country, shipping method and customs clearance.

Please note: No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Start and calculation of the delivery period

For payments made in advance by bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. For all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded. The delivery period ends at the end of the last day of the period.

If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday officially recognised at the place of delivery, the next business day shall take its place.

Information on international shipments (customs & import duties)

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes and additional fees may apply. These charges are levied by the relevant authorities once the shipment reaches the destination country and must be borne by the recipient. We have no influence on the type or amount of these charges.
