Customs and Import Fees
Please note that deliveries outside Germany may be subject to additional customs and tax charges. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are levied by the customs authorities of the respective country upon arrival of the package.

Important Information:
For deliveries to non-EU countries, all applicable customs duties, taxes, and charges must be paid by the recipient. These cannot be calculated in advance and vary by country.

Customs clearance and customs release fees are also the responsibility of the recipient.

We have no influence on the amount of customs fees and cannot predict them.

Shipping and Insurance:
We ship your orders reliably and insured via DHL. For orders from non-EU countries, delivery is tax-free, but customs duties and additional fees apply.

YOUR OWN EXPORT TO A NON-EU COUNTRY:
If you export from Germany to a non-EU country yourself, we can refund the VAT retrospectively within 4 weeks.
We require the invoice stamped by customs and the export certificate.
PLEASE NOTE: For orders under €100 that are later exported from Germany to a non-EU country, we will no longer refund VAT without prior arrangement, as our effort exceeds the refund.

INSURED SHIPPING:
According to legislation, the seller bears the shipping risk, so I must insist on insured shipping.
The explicit wish of the customer for uninsured shipping, waiving corresponding claims, is invalid according to the German Civil Code (BGB). Therefore, uninsured shipping is no longer available.

Information on Delivery Times:
The delivery period begins — for advance payment — on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank; for payment by invoice, it begins the day after the conclusion of the contract. It ends at the close of the last day of the delivery period.
If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day will apply instead.
