The blade of this knife is made of stainless steel.
It can be easily locked by turning a safety ring, the so-called “Virobloc system”.
The handle is made of dried beech wood that has been stored for a long time. A special varnish protects it from moisture.
The same model is also available in a carbon steel version, i.e. non-stainless carbon steel in the sharp shop.
