These are fine, handcrafted scissors, such as those used for silhouette and paper cutting. As fine as they are, they are also delicate and, like high-quality skin scissors, should never be allowed to fall.
Because then the tip will break off. Please note that these scissors should only be used with the finest paper or threads. If the material to be cut is too thick or too strong, the cutting edge loses its sharpness and the screw can come loose.
Screws are among the wear parts for which warranty claims do not apply. Trichinae are threadworms that mainly find their way into humans through the consumption of raw pork. Other carriers are rats. Why am I telling you all this? Silhouette scissors are also known as trichina scissors.
