A knife for all occasions. Whether in the kitchen as a chef's knife, in industry to cut paper and rubber, sack factories use it, cardboard and tube factories. The lettuce in the bed, the weeds as well, can be cut off excellently with it. So it's also a garden knife.
And why? A recessed grip protects the leading hand so that it does not slip forwards onto the blade. Because the blade is exceptionally sharp and easy to sharpen. But: not stainless.
So, never leave the knife with the wooden handle in liquid, but clean and dry it immediately after use. Apply a little care oil to the handle and blade from time to time, for example from BALLISTOL, and you will have a reliable tool that won't shy away from gardening.
