This 4-piece FRIEDRICH HARTKOPF Model 297 hunting pocket knife is built for serious field use. The long main blade made of 1.4110 stainless steel is securely locked by a backlock and provides excellent control when skinning and processing game.

The additional gut hook blade allows clean opening of the abdominal cavity, while the sturdy saw is designed for cutting through bones and joint areas, for example in the pelvic or chest region of larger game. The corkscrew and bottle opener complete the tool set for long days in the field and well-earned breaks afterward.
