DICK Buther & Meat Processing Knives

When processing meat and fish, only knives and tools with plastic handles are permitted.
But simply having plastic handles isn’t enough to ensure true hygienic safety. Even under lateral stress, there must be no gap formation between the blade and handle — the connection must be absolutely tight and sealed.

Thanks to DICK’s specialized injection-molding process, gap formation between the plastic handle and the steel blade is completely prevented. This ensures that DICK knives and tools meet the highest hygiene standards.

Using solid, abrasion-resistant plastic handles avoids common issues: no hidden bacteria traps, and no contamination from microplastic particles caused by handle wear. A clean cut starts with clean tools.
