A light series, made for commercial kitchens and the counter area. The scalloped edge prevents the food from sticking by creating air cushions between the blade and the food during the cutting process.
Only knives with colored handles, in this series made of polypropylene, allow a clear differentiation of the processed food and thus prevent cross-contamination. An internationally valid color concept has been developed for the risk categories: Yellow stands for poultry. However, if you want to cut fish and shellfish, the color blue is recommended.
