FORGE DE LAGUIOLE carries out all the work steps in its own workshop in Laguiole. The forging and cutting of the metal parts, the preparation and processing of the handles, the assembly and polishing of the blades and mitres, right down to the final touches. The woods and materials for the handles are carefully selected.
