For cutting small breads without crushing the crumb. And wonderful for chopping tomatoes and fruits, such as persimmons, that have a thicker skin. The tip of the blade is slightly slanted, as is the end of the handle.
Please clean the knife immediately after use and do not use acidic cleaning agents. GÜDE allows the knives in this series with layered plastic handles to be washed in the dishwasher. Good GÜDE, thank you. As always, hand washing has been shown to be better in the long term.
If you don't cut stone or ceramic, the sharpness of the blade will last longer.
