When is actually grilling time?
For real barbecuers and grillers, the whole year is season. And exactly for this sharp store offers an unbeatable offer!
From the Japanese manufacturer KAI a damascus chef's knife combined with a sturdy oak cutting board.
What is the basic idea of the SHUN PREMIER TIM MÄLZER MINAMO series of the premium class?
A classic Japanese Santoku knife is crossed with a classic European chef's knife. As a result, the blade tip shows an angular design that allows for cradling movements. Furthermore, the wide shape allows you to work accurately and easily push aside the food to be cut. The name MINAMO, which means water surface in Japanese, is based on the fine grain in the Damascus steel, which is reminiscent of rain. VG-MAX, an improvement of the gold steel, has proven itself in several series to date, as has the pressed pakka wood for the handles. The timeless elegance in black accompanied by the best hand position for both right- and left-handed users still meets the highest hygienic standards. Oak comes into its own as a cutting base and bright contrast. The diagonal handle strips immediately catch the eye. Upon delivery, the wood is already greased, but don't let that be the last oiling. A cutting board always needs to be scrubbed and then nourished with food-grade oil. However, a pure edible oil does not soak into the depth, which is necessary to preserve the wood. Only then it will be spared from cracks and remain respectable a shining piece of the kitchen. If necessary, it can be smoothed again with sandpaper from scratches.
