The MICHEL BRAS QUOTIDIEN series comprises exactly three models. They all have the same medium-pointed shape with light but sharp titanium-coated blades. They are all-purpose knives for everyday cooking. QUOTIDIEN means everyday. The 8A steel is a stainless steel from Japan, tried and tested for several decades, with good edge retention and easy to sharpen. Pakka, chosen in black for the handles, is a natural wood that is pressed with synthetic resin under high pressure and heat. The result is a robust, durable substance that requires far less maintenance than pure natural wood. MICHEL BRAS, the master chef with a blacksmith for a father and a cook for a mother, is considered the godfather of the edition. And he was born in Laguiole. Knowledge is passed down from generation to generation. Now guess what profession his son Sébastien chose. You say blacksmith? Well, listen, maybe he'll change his career, but to date, his son has already earned three stars in the Michelin Guide, which he gave back in 2018 due to too much stress.
The all-purpose knife in size M is particularly suitable for cutting, cleaning and peeling vegetables and fruit. However, it is also ideal for preparing small pieces of meat and fish. All days, all purposes, all-rounder.
