The open comb design of the MÜHLE R41 TRADITIONAL is engineered for strong beard growth and multi-day stubble. It delivers an extremely direct and highly efficient shave, making it the preferred choice for experienced wet shavers who demand maximum cutting performance. This model is not recommended for beginners.

A finely chiselled, structured metal handle is combined with a precisely machined two-piece open comb head, ensuring excellent balance and confident control even during demanding passes. The engraved MÜHLE logo on the end cap underlines the brand’s commitment to craftsmanship and authenticity. All MÜHLE products and packaging are produced without plastic, reflecting a consistent sustainability philosophy.

The chrome-plated metal construction is corrosion-resistant and designed for long-term durability. After shaving, the head can be easily opened, rinsed and reassembled. The open comb geometry leaves a channel behind the lather edge, keeping the blade free from residue and ensuring uninterrupted cutting performance, even with dense or longer stubble.

The fixed head accepts all standard double-edge razor blades, allowing you to tailor the shave to your preferred blade brand. Matching stands for razor and brush are available, and this model is also offered in the “Grande” version with a longer handle. Replacement heads are available separately, further extending the service life of your razor.
