The ATLAS SW model is an all-metal knife with a stainless steel handle, which is also a feature of the ATLAS model. But SW stands for STONEWASH, which means scratched. Not just any old way, and not by accident or mistake, no, the technical jargon is “intentionally scratched”. This term should be memorized by anyone who wants to sell their old car. “Deliberately scratched”.
A sharp, cut-resistant knife, satin-finished stainless steel, very flat, very light and very easy to store at a price that will give you pleasure. It is very gratifying and pleasant to be able to open the knife easily without using the thumb groove. And all in the usual BÖKER manner, with precise workmanship. To ensure that the joy remains with you, there is a lanyard hole on the handle and an additional clip on the back. This can be used to secure a knife in a shirt breast pocket or trouser pocket seam. Otherwise, the joy could quickly go astray and be gone... No, Atlas, you stay put! Or I'll scratch you, on purpose! After all, the Titan has to support the vault of heaven at its westernmost point. For the eastern part, prayers are supposed to be enough. In Asterix and Obelix, there is a chieftain named Vitalstatistix. He is constantly plagued by the single worry that the sky could fall on his head. This is because in ancient times, the sky was thought to be a vault above the earth. And as such, it was certainly in danger of collapsing.
