The peeler from the Opinel T-DUO collection can be used to peel fruit and vegetables without cutting too much off. The two blades are made of stainless steel. The peeling knife with the micro-serration is suitable for thin, smooth skins and the second knife can be used to cut decorative julienne strips from fruit and vegetables, which may also have thicker or harder skins. Cutting width 5.0 cm. The 8.8 cm long handle is made of red polymer plastic and is suitable for both right-handed and left-handed use.
