The French brand STAUB belongs to the Solingen company ZWILLING HENCKELS. This has been in existence since 1731, which makes it one of the oldest in the world.
However, the most beautiful cast-iron cocottes and pans go under the STAUB name.
To match this, the new KÜCHENHELFER series has now been released. Their ergonomic handles are made of acacia wood and each has a hole to hang the decorative cooking utensils. The dimensions are slightly shorter than comparatively the PRO series from ZWILLING. The main part is made of black silicone. A high-quality material, suitable for all surfaces, including non-stick coatings, durable as heat resistant up to 220 degrees. The flat head has three slits to allow liquid to drain back. It slides easily under fish or pancakes, while the beveled front edge cuts through soft dishes like casseroles. Use this "slotted turner" to flip and serve in the kitchen.
