A steak knife in spine point shape, made in Solingen by the manufacturer ENGELS.
Made in a cutlery factory that was founded in 1874. So they have over 140 years of experience in forging cutlery.
A beautiful handle made of hard beech wood combined with stainless steel.
Both require care by hand and do not allow a dishwasher, but wood oil as care every now and then. Please have a look at the section "Care Products Protection".
