Unlike the typical European blade shapes, EURASIAN knives do not have a continuous bolster. The handle is slimmer than in the PREMIER PLUS series.
Why? The result is a lighter knife. The entire blade can be easily honed during re-sharpening.
SANTOKU means three virtues. Suitable for preparing fish, meat and vegetables. The serrations form air cushions that prevent the food from sticking.
