The metal parts of this three-piece shaving set by MERKUR feature a satin finish, also known as matte chrome. This surface is created by fine sand or ceramic blasting, resulting in an even, non-reflective appearance that is both elegant and resistant to fingerprints.

The FUTUR Duoclip safety razor offers six clearly defined adjustment levels. By changing the blade gap, the shave can be adapted precisely to skin sensitivity, current skin condition and beard strength, from very mild to highly efficient. The engraved scale on the handle allows for accurate and repeatable settings.

For blade replacement, the top cap can be easily removed. The razor uses standard double edge blades with classic Gillette hole pattern, available worldwide and quick to change.

The FUTUR design has been produced by MERKUR since 1986 and is considered a modern classic of wet shaving, known for its distinctive design, solid construction and long-lasting performance.
