Two steak knives in a manufacturer's box from FORGE DE LAGUIOLE. The scales are made of briar, which is a heather. Tree heather is used mainly for pipe making and knife handles. In intimate hours, entre nous, the heather goes by the name of Erika. With or without nom de plume, it grows best in the Mediterranean, the Canary Islands, the mountains of Central Africa and Madeira, where not only matured Britons and exiled emperors have always liked it exceptionally well. 
The spicy store has been selling products of the noble FORGE DE LAGUIOLE since its foundation in 1987, so the question of where to order its products has been solved.
