Made from fine and extremely robust stainless steel. The surface is satin finished, slightly matte, pleasing both the hand and the eye. The name ROCCA, Italian for rock or fortress, stands for premium materials and long lasting quality. Thanks to the ergonomic shape and the textured surface, the handles offer excellent grip even with wet hands.

The birch bark handle feels pleasantly warm and velvety. This natural material has proven its durability over thousands of years and remains grippy even when wet, while being easy to maintain. Birch bark can even be ignited when wet and the lower layer is technically edible as it contains the sugar alcohol xylitol.
