Founded in 1917 by brothers Lluís and Carles PALLARÈS Canal and now led by the third generation, Cuchillería PALLARÈS continues to produce kitchen knives, chef’s knives and pocket knives in traditional handcraft from Spain. Each blade is carefully ground by hand, reflecting the knowledge of a knife-making dynasty that values functionality, honest materials and enduring quality over fleeting trends.
