USA Shipping
Flat shipping rate: 120.00 €
Shipping to the United States (US) is carried out via UPS.

Alternatively, shipping via DHL is available at a rate of 90.00 € per kilogram.

All shipments to the USA are insured according to the declared value of the goods. Orders with a value above 1,000 € may be shipped in multiple parcels for insurance and security reasons.

Customs duties, import taxes and other charges are not included in the shipping price and must be paid by the recipient.

Customs and Import Duties – Important Information

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, all applicable customs duties, taxes and other import charges must be paid by the recipient. These costs cannot be calculated in advance and vary depending on the destination country.

Any customs clearance or handling fees charged by the shipping provider are also the responsibility of the recipient. We have no influence on the amount of these charges and cannot predict them, as customs regulations vary considerably between countries. For binding information please contact the customs authority in your country.
All customs costs, import taxes and handling fees charged by the shipping service must be paid by the recipient.

Shipping and Insurance
We ship orders reliably and insured via DHL. Orders shipped to countries outside the EU are delivered tax-free, but customs duties and additional fees may apply.

Your own export to a non-EU country
If you export goods yourself from Germany to a non-EU country, we can refund the German VAT afterwards within 4 weeks. For this we require the invoice stamped by customs as well as the export confirmation.

Please note: For exports carried out afterwards from Germany to a non-EU country we no longer refund VAT for orders under 100 € without prior agreement, as the administrative effort exceeds the refund amount.

Insured Shipping
According to German law the seller bears the shipping risk. Therefore insured shipping is required. A customer request for uninsured shipping with waiver of claims is legally invalid under German Civil Code. Uninsured shipping is therefore not possible.
