The universal cheese knife Ĉio is the widest knife in the series with a blade of about 35 mm. The blade surface is characterized by two shapely, large recesses. They prevent sticking with soft as well as slice-resistant cheeses. At the same time, the width gives enough stability to easily cut through harder cheeses such as medium aged Gouda, Provolone, Gruyère or similar cheeses. For a handsome cut surface of the cheese, the drop-shaped recesses are specially polished and the edges smoothed by hand. Due to the thinly ground concave shaft, the knife cuts the cheese without effort. Again, the high angle of the handle allows plenty of hand freedom when cutting.
