The Forge de Laguiole forge carries out every step of the work in its own workshop, the forging and cutting of the metal parts, the preparation and processing of the handles, the assembly and polishing of the blades and liners (Mitres), right up to the final polish. Adjustment, mechanics and processing for the highest demands.
The blades are individually forged in T12 steel.
