An unusual looking universal scissors is model JUGENDSTIL in any case. They come from the house of WILHELM HALBACH, a Solingen steelware factory that was founded in 1977 but ceased to exist in 2020 for lack of a successor. Their scissors and nail nippers were hot forged and only made in house. The scissors are nickel-plated, which protects them from rust, but does not make them rustproof.
