From FELCO in Switzerland Model 4 Bypass means that the sharpened blade slides sideways past a counter blade. In this case, it is capable of cutting diameters of up to 25 mm. 
Suitable for all pruning work and yield cuts on vines, for training cuts in fruit growing, in gardens, parks and tree nurseries, as well as for the maintenance and cleaning of plots, hedges and plantings. And of course for cutting flowers!
- Wire cutter: A notch in the blade allows small diameter iron wires to be cut without damaging the edge of the blade.
- Sap groove: The sap groove allows you to cut succulent plants without the risk of sticking the blade. It saves time and makes cutting easier, allowing dirt and sap to drain away after each cutting movement.
- Cutting adjustment: The FELCO adjustment system guarantees optimum adjustment of the cutting head throughout the life of the tool.
