YAXELL Chef's Knife Set Santoku RAN + Knife Sharpener

For this set, a knife sharpener has been added to the Yaxell RAN series santoku knife, which is specially designed for knives with a core layer of VG10 steel. The aluminum oxide grinding wheels, which are 400 grit, are housed in a plastic case with non-slip inserts and must be watered before sharpening. For the Damascus blade of the Santoku knife, 34 layers of stainless carbon steel were forged on both sides of a core layer of VG 10 stainless steel, forming a noble Damascus pattern. Black linen micarta was used for the handle, which was additionally stabilized with a stainless steel cap.
