This classic knife has been manufactured in the "Solingen thin grind" and with a straight cut for eighty years.
Use it on meat, fish or vegetables and fruit, peel and core. Cut by hand or on a board.
With the "Solingen thin grind", the sharpening angle is set high up, making the blade pointed and slim. The use of a non-stainless steel enables an equally high degree of hardness due to the higher carbon content.
