The most famous baking cutlery from Solingen by EICHENLAUB presents here a TABLE KNIFE in OLD GERMAN SHAPE. With a fine micro serration, a blue-bladed blade cuts through any food served. Watch your guests eat: Out of habit, the blade is pressed when cutting, as if it were a singing saw. If you then discreetly point out the micro-serration, ritsche-ratsche, you will conjure up an astonished grin on your guest's face. Because suddenly cutting is so easy. But if you don't like washing cutlery by hand, you don't need to read any further.
Because such fine cutlery requires care by hand. Exclusively. After all, the manufacturing process was already a masterpiece involving over 120 steps.

Light oak wood is used for the handle shells, a country house flair. The alternative to this is the oak model with a darker appearance, which I also carry. After the copper beech, oak is the most common deciduous tree in Germany.
