With the narrow, sharply ground blade of the filleting knife from HELLE, polished to a shine, you are well equipped when it comes to removing bone or fish bones. A handle made of birch wood helps, should the leading hand also still be wet. In the pulling cut you have the maximum fish and meat yield, so that nothing is lost. The process is just as tested on fruit with a large core, such as a mango to be removed. For storage of the typical Norwegian cutting tool, a leather sheath in brown is included, which can be worn on the body by means of a belt loop.
