Universal scissors in polished, stainless steel manufactured in Solingen for the company's own 1909 RÖDTER line. This is of a higher quality per se, as it is more labour-intensive to produce than satin-finished steel.

They are identical in construction to model 285605 from the manufacturer DOVO, Solingen. The blades are perfectly ground and adjusted. This polished version is often sold to doctors' surgeries for cutting bandages and plasters. In offices, it is used to cut paper, film and adhesive rollers. Apply a little oil to the cutting blades from time to time and don't drop them, and you will have a marvellous tool for many years to come.
