It is good the way it is. Some things do not need to change.  DOVO MERKUR has been producing this model 34 C unchanged since 1931. A razor for normal razor blades.
The model consists of two parts: A handle, which is connected to the head plate. A turning knurled screw at the end of the handle releases the plate. Handle thick, edge smooth. And off you go, a double edge blade is also included.
