The carving knife is a universal tool with a medium-pointed blade. Slender and narrower, and therefore lighter than a chef's knife, it is suitable for long, fine cuts of meat, roasts, ham, fish or vegetables. This model is also available in a 21 cm blade length with a plain or serrated edge.
Series 1905 - The exclusive ones. This is how FRIEDRICH DICK describes these chef's knives. A homage to Art Nouveau, which characterises the transition from the nineteenth to the twentieth century. Significant are the stainless steel ferrules, which replace the usual rivets. They are just as hygienic because they are completely joint-free and inseparable from the handle material made of polyoxymethylene, a highly resilient plastic. The F.DICK labelling is embossed by hand. The blade is slim ground, polished and perfectly balanced. To facilitate continuous sharpening and reduce weight, the cutting tools have a half bolster.
1905 - Einstein presents his theory of relativity.
