Each piece of the KAPPA series from GÜDE requires thirty manual steps. Always made of all-metal, which means more weight, but stands for seamlessness. The classic construction of drop-forged steel with a double bolster ensures a well-balanced equilibrium. After use, you should wash and dry the knife and fork to ensure quality retention. The same series also offers table knives with a different blade shape. For STEAK KNIVES with a back point must cut meat in such a way that the fibre is sharply divided but not torn. Because then the juice remains in the tissue. The front part has a fine saw edge. KAPPA is declared dishwasher-safe by the manufacturer, yet hand care, as always, is beneficial to any knife in the long run.
