From Italy by ANTONINI a mushroom knife worked, assembled and sharpened by hand. The series is called OLD BEAR, which first appeared on the market in 2015 to mark the company's 90th anniversary. Equipped with a curved blade in the shape of a hawk's beak, known as a "hawkbill" in English. Its great strength lies in the pull cut, whereby the cutting edge is pulled through the material to be cut. The folding blade is opened with the thumb groove, the position is locked by means of the black slider in the brass ferrule. Until you get hold of your first mushrooms, you can still shape your hair properly: The brush sunk into the olive wood is made of real horsehair. Then you can face your alter ego as a freshly brushed mushroom head. Morel, porcini or fly agaric? If you don't know anything about them, you should collect mushrooms, which have the fewest poisonous relatives. And then don't transport them in a plastic bag, because the protein will decompose in it. And you'll end up with mushroom poisoning. If in doubt, drink Pilsner. Or have you ever had mushroom poisoning? I've never had one, despite having a very poisonous relative.
